全自動端子壓著扭線沾錫機
特點
1、剝皮長度變化方式，采用全螢幕電腦觸控方式調整，變換剝皮長度快速又方便。
2、采用伺服馬達控制定寸送線、剝皮、沾錫等動作各相關時間動作會自動搭配調。
3、端子壓著位置調整采用面板觸控制調整快速方便。
4、拉力調整采用快速微調旋鈕（每格精度0.02mm）免用工具用手即可調精確方便。
5、本機操作方式可分為：分解動作、單行程動作及自動等方式，采用面板觸控方式變換，操作簡單又方便。
6、生產線材范圍可從AWG24～AWG34，極具廣范使用性。
7、扭線方式采用三個夾爪旋轉方式，利用馬達帶動旋轉，并可調整旋轉速度來改變扭線之緊度，使扭線達到又直又漂亮。
8、本機沾錫角度接近90度點沾，使線經沾錫平均（點沾深度準確）。
9、本機以快速微調鈕旋轉方式調整點沾之深度，并也可調整小錫杯升起高度，使點沾度達到更準確。
10、本機夾線位置與沾錫端點可調至5mm，以控制線材沾錫端不易彎曲，點沾位置更精準。
11、沾錫時小錫杯會自動升起，錫面上錫屑并設計有自動擦除干凈之功能，使沾錫處無屑之情形。
12、設計有送線槍管再前進，才送線功能，送線功能穩定。

11、When dipping tin,the tin cup in this machine raises automatically.An automatic wiper is provided to remove tin chips from tin bath.
