全自動端子壓著機(細線)

特點

· 本機是專為生產細線線材而設計，采墊刀片方式調整剝皮長度，可達尺寸精細準確。

· 速度可分三段，300mm長以內，最快每分鐘可生產55條，且會自動調整搭配之切斷、剝皮、壓著端子等相關動作。

· 端子壓著位置調整采電控按鍵調整，快速方便又精準。

· 端子壓著高度調整采用快速調旋鈕，每格精度0.02mm，免用工具用手即可調整，精準方便。

· 調整機臺及分解動作，采電控寸動方式，操作簡單又方便。

· 前端剝皮擺臂槍管部分，采用凸輪控制方式壓線，不因主軸速度改變造成誤動作，使裁切總長度更精準。

· 采用伺服馬達定寸送線，扭力大，送線長度更精準。

· 選購搭配扭線機，能充分完成上錫前扭線的準備工作。
