·主機是以伺服馬達驅動，無傳統離合器的機械化動作延連與故障，簡化內部機械零件，減少機械零件磨損及更換，扭力大。振動小。穩定性高，提高超靜音的工作環境。

·剝皮部采用步進馬達驅動，使用時馬達能瞬間啟動達到省電與高效率。

·本機剝皮部設計有自動、寸動及自動回位等功能，使用凸輪方式完成剝皮及切深度。

·本機設計可調整待機時間，可視線材及端子之需求來調整，端子鉚合完成之后，剝皮座回位之時間。

·脫皮屑特別設計有退料及吸取而易排除等裝置。

·鉚合端子高度調整，免松螺絲，可由機臺上方以微調旋轉方式調整，調整精度每格0.02mm。
