全自動端子壓著扭線沾錫機
特點
1.剝皮長度變化方式，采用全螢幕電腦觸控方式調整，變換剝皮長度快速又方便。
2.采用伺服馬達控制定寸送線、剝皮、沾錫等動作各相同時間動作會自動搭配調整。
3.端子壓著位置調整采用面板觸控調整快速又方便。
4.拉力調整采用快速微調旋鈕（每格精度0.02mm）免用工具用手即可調整精確方便。
5.本機操作方式可分為:分解動作，單行程動作及自動等方式，采用面板觸控方式變換，操作簡單又方便。
6.生產線材范圍可從AWG18～AWG34，極具廣泛使用性。
7.扭線方式采用三個來爪旋轉方式，利用馬達帶動重旋轉，并可調整型旋轉轉速度來改變扭線之緊度，使扭線達到又直又漂亮。
8.本機沾錫角度接近90度點沾，使線徑沾錫度平均（點沾深度準確）
9.本機以快速微調扭旋轉方式調整點沾之深度，并也可調整小錫杯升起高度，使點沾深度達到更準確。
10.本機夾線位置與錫端點可調至約5mm，以控制線材沾錫端不易彎曲，點沾位置更準確。
11.沾錫時小錫杯會自動升起，錫面上錫屑并設計有自動排除干凈之功能，使沾錫處無錫屑之情形。

9. This machine comes with a micro knob for fast adjustment of tin dipping depth by lifting the cup up for precise dipping depth by lifting the tin cup for precise dipping depths.
10. With the wire holding position and the tin-dipping tip adjustable to 5mm,this machine keeps the tin dipping end of the wire from curving.assuring precise dipping positions.
